Αυτό θα τους βοηθήσει να συνεργάζονται αποτελεσματικότερα και να βελτιώσουν την αποδοτικότητά τους. Το έργο επικεντρώνεται επίσης στην εφαρμογή ψηφιακών λύσεων στο πλαίσιο των δημοσίων φορέων. Για να επιτευχθεί αυτό, οι εκπαιδευτές επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης και οι πάροχοι θα εμπλακούν για να σχεδιάσουν ένα εκπαιδευτικό πακέτο που θα ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες των υπαλλήλων του δημοσίου τομέα και τους βοηθά να αναπτύξουν ψηφιακές δεξιότητες για επιχειρηματική μάθηση. Επαγγελματίες εκπαιδευτές και εκπαιδευτές δημόσιων ιδρυμάτων θα προσφέρουν την κατάρτιση.
