At times, it can be helpful because it takes the guess work out of what we need to be doing, but when you are reading articles or seeing different things pop up on your thread potentially shaming you for what you are or are not doing "right", it can feel frustrating. Nichole recommends that you take the advice or guidance and try it on for yourself and see what works best for you and move forward from there. Keep what works and throw away the rest.
