Something that you're going to be able to reflect on.And be the driver for everything that you do for the entire year. That's what I want to give you today in this Monday mindset. First off, let's talk about the big thing that everyone talks about. That is goal setting. I'm not going to make this entire session a goal-setting episode. We've done some of them in the past and want to bring it up because it's important. We need a target. When we have that target, we know where to start, and then we also know how to keep ourselves going and keep ourselves motivated.
