11,000 DRIVERS, ZERO ANSWERS: DMV Faces Heat from Sacramento

California State Sen. Dave Cortese told KCRA’s Ashley Zavala that the DMV has provided few answers about why roughly 11,000 drivers were ordered to retake their license knowledge tests. Cortese criticized the agency’s lack of transparency, saying basic information should be public and warning that Californians deserve clear explanations before facing the inconvenience and possible consequences of losing driving privileges.
