It’s Thanksgiving week and I am getting into the spirit by sharing the importance of gratitude in our lives. 

Today we talk about an article in Forbes that looks at the research behind why leaders who are grateful are more successful and create a fantastic culture for their employees. Gratitude from the top increases productivity, demonstrates humility and shows the leader has a growth mindset in themselves and the company. 

I talk about my own experience with how important gratitude is in leadership and how it can bring people together for better success and happiness for everyone.
