Canon Benjamin Norman, ICKSP currently serves as Representative of the Institute of Christ the King at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Oakland, California. He was ordained in 2018.     In Today's Show: When your congregation is speaking with you or in reference to you, is it improper to call you "father" in lieu of canon? Would it be permissible to Baptize a new grandchild whose parents have walked away from the faith and have no intention of doing this? What can a man do to prepare for his first child? How should we respond to extreme criticisms of the Pope, even from our fellow Catholics? If I find any lost Rosaries, either ones I have lost track of in the past or ones accidentally abandoned, should I have them blessed? My understanding is that all ICKSP Canons have to learn French, which unites the ICKSP under a common language. That makes sense, but why isn't that language Latin? Are we falling into sin when we acknowledge someone's gender that is not a gender they were given by God? I cannot eat the standard foods most others eat on Fridays in order to abstain from meat. What are some other things we can do in order to observe the rule to abstain from meat on Fridays? My girlfriend is Roman Catholic and she wants to get married in a church. I'm a non-believer. Can we get married, and is that marriage sacramental?
