Today I wrap up talking about how to get and stay motivated. I wanted to look back on my own life and analyze what kept me going all the way to the big leagues and through my career. I found that it was the love of the game, the satisfaction of improving and inching towards my dreams and accepting that along with the progress came parts of the process I didn’t like.

I also know that I never was motivated by money and that I found passions outside of baseball to keep me well-rounded and give me things to look forward to when baseball was a struggle.
