11.6 [UPDATE] The Tribune Project #4

In the Tribune Project update we shared two weeks ago, increased costs for Phase 1 renovations had created a gap of roughly $1.5MM between our project resources (giving commitments, grant funding, and mortgage) and our renovation costs. This weekend, Jason gave an update on the project and what we’ve been able to accomplish over the last few weeks - spoiler alert: it’s good news.
