In this episode, Vaidya Mishra gives an introduction to his Transdermal Marma System™. He explains that Prana is the bio electromagnetic power of nature which runs our own body's electromagnetic power, recharging our organs and systems. Marmas are powerful points on the body that act like switches and supply Prana to all the different areas of the body. When these switches aren't supplying Prana properly, then our organs and systems aren't able to function normally.
