"Narcissistic personality disorder is defined as a mental health condition where someone has an unreasonably high sense of their own importance." I think almost everyone has known at least one person that fits this description. For me, that person made me feel like I was losing my mind, drowning in self-doubt, confusion, and other emotions no one should be made to feel. During that time, two of my friends, who had also experienced relationships with narcissists, helped me recognize the patterns, validate my feelings, and slowly reconnect with myself.So I thought: what if we recorded a conversation about it?
