11. Complexities in relationships

You become who you surround yourself with. When we don't know what we want in a relationship, we feel anxious and lost. In this episode, I share with you my tips on knowing who your tribe is and what you want in a relationship. Not everyone you meet is meant to be in your life, every experience and connection serves its purpose. It doesn't have to be long term but you have to start inquiring to become clear on your values and traits of the people you want to be around.
