She started lifting heavy weights, getting proper nutrition, and using movements and breathing to truly recover from stress. People started asking her about what she was doing and how they could do it, too. She realized that she could help other people, and she got certified to teach several disciplines, including Russian kettlebells, Flexible Steel, and biomechanics. She pulled together aspects of all the different disciplines to create her own program that focuses on rebooting health through mindful movement.
