In today's emotional episode, I got to chat with Taylor Gawryluk, a first-time mama from Bismarck, North Dakota. She shares the story of how she became a medical mama when her then four-month-old son Krew was suddenly rushed to the hospital for feeding issues. After a diagnosis of a rare genetic condition, Taylor and her husband have had to navigate life with a son with a G Tube. While discussing Taylor's journey and the ups and downs that come with being a medical mama, we also chat about labels, and how the ones put on us—either by ourselves or by others—can affect how we approach motherhood.
