In today’s episode, I spoke to Roma who is currently the Head of CRM at Lovoo about her views on the evolution of CRM into being a product function. Her CRM team recently moved from being a Marketing function to being a Product function. We talk about Roma's journey from being a budding journalist to currently heading the department at Lovoo. We talk about how CRM has evolved over the years from being a promotion centre for brands to a crucial retention driver for apps & brands. Founded in 2012, LOVOO is a leading European dating app and the largest German-speaking dating app by downloads. The privately held company is part of The Meet Group and is available in 15 languages.
