11. Inviting any lingering spirits for a chat - maybe the bravest (or craziest) thing I’ve done

Hi my beautiful listeners!! In today's episode I chat to you about the first two times I followed the guidance of the dream I described in episode 5, where my spirit guides showed me a ritual that allowed me to open up my mind and let spirits in. I call it - opening my 'mind hat'.
