I had a mantra with my friends, it was probably too vulgar to repeat about the comfort zone. You just got to kick it to the curb. Nothing really great happens out of resting on your laurels. Great things happen when you push yourself and you have to push it. That is a transition. So I think it's a wonderful, your podcast is a wonderful platform for this because I think it fits into something I think that's important is you're going to have to bite the bullet and and eat that bitter pill of a transition to get out of that comfort zone. But that's going to bring you that vulnerability. You're going to grow from that personally, which ultimately, we want to focus on our careers but don't forget this is all about personal development. Who are we becoming? We're always becoming somebody. You're not just this one static rock. It's like a rivers through time. There are all these changes."Support the show
