11 Mephibosheth

This is message 11 in Understanding the Love of God 2 Samuel 9:1-13 Mephibosheth is a powerful picture of the grace of God toward undeserving sinners. Though worthy of judgment, helpless to save himself, and unable to offer the King anything in return, he was sought out, welcomed, restored, and given a permanent place at the king’s table because of a covenant of love. In the same way, God reaches out to those who deserve nothing but condemnation, offering forgiveness, restoration, an eternal inheritance, and the privilege of becoming part of His family through His marvelous grace.
