These days the job market is ready to bounce back but it seems workers are not ready to bounce on in. They seem content to sit at home and wait for a dream job fantasy that may never come. Nothing wrong with chasing your dreams, but in the mean time the industries that keep your lights on and online shopping working and water running are still in need of hard working people. On this episode we will chat about what has happened to the modern workforce. The idea of a hard days work for a well earned pay has gone out the window in favour of Tick-Tock and Twitter fame over an honest living. And the idea that having the goal of raising a family in America has fallen out of favour with big government and industry.
