Zu Gast ist dieses Mal Sebastian Kolberg, der seines Zeichens VP Change Management & Digital Transformation bei der Bayer AG - als dieses Interview im Oktober 2019 aufgezeichnet wurde. Ich folge Sebastian ja schon lange bei Twitter und schätze seine Beiträge zu den Themen Zusammenarbeit und Transformation. Auf dem IOM Summit in Köln lernte ich ihn nun endlich auch mal persönlich kennen und stellte fest, dass es einige Parallelen bei uns gibt. Unter anderem haben wir beide in Hamburg gelebt, in einem Startup gearbeitet und sind beide #Dadof3Girls.
