We'd love to hear from you!1)     RELEASE ENDORPHINS: The pituitary gland floods the body with endorphins in response to physical exercise and can remain in the bloodstream for up to 48 hours providing a multitude of benefits including:a.      Reduced cortisol, the stress hormoneb.     Better sleep cyclesc.      Heightened immune systemd.     Prevention of anxiety and depressione.      Reduced Pain and inflammationf.      Increased pleasure centers, producing more serotonin and dopamineg.     Stabilized blood pressureh.     Increased oxygen flow to the brain enhancing creativity and well-beingi.       Reduced fatigue and enhanced mental cognitionEndorphins play a role in creating that feeling of euphoria often experienced by runners, known as “runner's high”. As you build your success routine, do not leave physical activity out. Plan to exercise a minimum of 20-30 minutes per day, at least 3-5 days per week. If you can do more than this, the benefits will increase. Daily, consistent activity is truly an infusion of power like no other. Try some of these methods of exercise:·       Recumbent Bicycling or bicycling·       Walking or Running ·       Treadmill walking (I do this an average of 5 miles per day at my desk while working)·       Yoga ·       Aerobic·       Various Dance or Kickboxing classes·       Working out at the gym·       Lifting weightsThe list is endless but you must discover a routine that works for you. To “fit it in”, you must create a space for it. If you try to squeeze it here or there whenever it seems convenient or when you feel like it, you will never be consistent. Therefore, you will never experience the benefits from it. You might be the one who feels like you tried and it did not work for you.
