Shannon and Tom bring you another Saturday Drop In from Highland Hospital Radio.This week were joined in the studio by John from the Puffin Hydrotherapy Pool based in Dingwall. John told us about how using the facility can compliment physiotherapy for recovery from injury, relieving pain for longterm chronic conditions and create a calm relaxing environment for neurodivergent users. John also explains how you can access the service and how the Puffin Pool, which is a registered charity, is funded.We couldn't not mention mother's day and had a chat about what that means for us, that Shannon is off again next week to visit Hinkley.
