11 - Scrooged: They're Gonna' Burn Me?! Oh My God! I'm a Good Person Now!

Bill Murray is asshole television executive Frank Cross, who is mean to everyone. He's also "Lumpy," the meet-cute former beau of Karen Allen's heart-of-gold social worker, Claire. As Christmas, 1988 approaches, along with a high-stakes live televised version of A Christmas Carol that Frank is betting on, art and life overlap as Frank himself is visited by three ghosts. WILL Lumpy win back the nice lady who gives him endless chances? WILL Bobcat Goldthwait utter a coherent sentence as he tries to murder Frank? WILL Carol Kane break every bone in Frank's body on his way to redemption? WILL Bob and Teri give a rat's ass when Lumpy chooses his career over their dinner? WILL the ghost of Christmas Future get a refund for his goony rubber costume? WILL director Richard Donner have an aneurism while Bill Murray improvises a 13-minute monologue? The Rabbit Fighters answer these questions AND MORE as they pull this Christmas Carol cover out of The Nice Price bin, give it a look, and decide whether it's a VCR or a towel.
