I would like to use these last two chapters to provide tangible “helps”. They will assist you in creating a success routine that equips you in overcoming persistent behaviors and habits that pull you away from your destiny rather than push you towards it. As you read these, use the section at the end of this chapter to formulate your new success routine.11 TIPS AND TOOLS:1)     GRATITUDE LIST: Write and re-write a gratitude list weekly to post and read, daily. Make this a life-long habit and be certain to use the emotion of gratitude when referring to it. Psychologically, you cannot be frustrated and grateful at the same time. This tool will empower you to maintain high heart energy and keep your focus on building the right neural pathways. Consider reading it every morning as soon as you wake up.2)     NOTE CARDS: Keeping the right thoughts and responding in ways that are excellent throughout the day can be very challenging. Purchase a stack of index cards to write out reminders, quotes, tips, victories or encouraging words of any kind to remind you as often as you need reminding. Brain training takes effort and each rogue thought must be “reigned in”, immediately, in order to prevent regrowth of bad neural networks while promoting good ones. Carry the cards like tools in a toolbox.
