Hey everyone, solo episode again today! For the first time since I was 5, I'm fully coming out of education and trying to find a job and it feels scary. The uncertainty of where I'm going next is scary and can be overwhelming sometimes. I woke up this morning feeling anxious and on edge but I also don't like feeling like that and I know that doesn't fix anything. So I done a few things that usually calm my mind and help me be grateful for what I currently have and where I can go. I hope this episode helps anyone who has ever felt the same and can try some of these things to trust the process and allow amazing things to come to them in good time. Sara x
