11 - When the Word "Slaughter" Reminds Us of God's Love

"You are to keep it until the fourteenth day of this month; then the whole assembly of the community of Israel will slaughter the animals at twilight." - Exodus 12:6 (CSB) The word "slaughter" is such a dark word. There's a sense of finality and destruction when it's used.
