110. Ali Lilly (Lash Anarchist) Talks About Salon Ownership and Why It's Not For Everyone

Salon ownership is an amazing calling and as a former salon owner, I have the utmost respect for people in our industry who pursue their dream to be a salon. I feel salon owners have the most difficult job in our industry. That said, I don't feel salon ownership is for the weak at heart. It's a tough road and today we sit down with Ali to talk about her experience of running her own salon (actually she's owned two salons).
