I used to spend all day, every day making decisions and completing tasks that by the time evening rolled around, I was tired and I’d get pretty cranky when it came time to decide what to make for dinner. It can still occasionally happen, but over time I realized that the nights I enjoyed the most were the ones where I ALREADY had a plan in place and all I needed to do was execute. However, sometimes it can feel really overwhelming to sit down and actually create that plan.
