110 How Do I Know That I Know?

from Feeling Twisty · host Mike Brignac

Neville taught us to reach find that "inner conviction" that our wish is fulfilled, telling us, "believe in yourself and trust that inner feeling." A listener asked me, "How do you get to that feeling of absolute knowing it is done?" I decided to break up my answer into multiple bite-size episodes. Today is the first. One of the things that worked for me is practice. Twenty Twenty calls it putting more fun buns in the oven. Neville encouraged those at his lectures to imagine the wish fulfilled and move on, imagining other wishes fulfilled. Practicing, or working my imaginative muscle, gives me an opportunity to notice what and how I am imagining and what I am feeling when I do. And playing this way makes it fun!
