Ele foi responsável por transformar a agência DM9, de seu estado, em uma das três maiores do país e premiada Internacionalmente. Em 1997, vendeu a companhia por US$ 111 milhões. Nizan partiu então para a internet, onde foi um dos fundadores do portal de IG. Depois dessa experiência, fundou a agencia Africa e criou o Grupo ABC. Esse grupo de marketing e publicidade foi vendido para os americanos da Omnicom em 2015 por cerca de R$ 1 bilhão — o maior negócio da história do mercado de propaganda do país. Em 2020, Nizan criou a N Ideias, uma consultoria com poucos mas grandes clientes.
