💭 How do you raise your Answer Intelligence?Dr. Brian Glibkowski is the pioneer of Answer Intelligence (AQ)™, an approach that takes a scientific and critical examination of answers in business and life. AQ is a new science of answers that identifies six answer types that leaders can use to increase their influence which he discusses in his book, Answer Intelligence: Raise Your AQ. At the most fundamental level of AQ  is realizing that questions and answers are two sides of the same coin. If you want to ask better questions, you have to know the answers you're looking for. In this episode, Brian shares how the 5 High AQ practices elevate the conversation to foster co-creation, intentionality, and forward-thinking. Asking intentionally crafted questions also means not imposing any bias, acknowledging what the other person is saying, and confirming if you clearly understood what they mean. These 5 answer types can be visually illustrated similar to the human body. Your upper body is the “why” question which can best be answered by either a theory or a story. The core is the “what” question which can be answered by either a concept or a metaphor.
