110. Shema: Dum Dudes, Deep Thoughts

This week, we're lucky to have a THIRD dum dude. Marcus Long stopped by to discuss Shema--the action verb of listening! Listening is often thought of as a passive action, but there's a component of intentionality to it! Next time, instead of telling your kids to listen, tell them to shema!  -- Everyone has thoughts pop into their heads in moments of clarity and creativity. They are usually fleeting and left unshared. Because we've found there is depth and value in moments and musings, we decided to intentionally capture and share some of ours with you. While we do not consider ourselves wise, we are intentionally seeking wisdom and growth from those we surround ourselves with and what we consume. With so much going on in our lives, we decided to capture some of the most impactful occurrences and thoughts that offered us the greatest opportunity to gain wisdom, to grow, and hopefully to become better.
