Tatenda Taibu became the youngest ever international skipper when he took charge of Zumbabwe aged only 20. He describes that period as the toughest of his life. Tatenda chats with James Buttler about his life in cricket, being a youngster in the side as Andy Flower and Henry Olonga did their death of democracy protest, the inspiration Flower gave him and how he'd change Zimbabwean cricket if given the chance.
