#110 Tool Kit: Grounding Meditation PLUS A Sad Farewell To Sue Farebrother

Following on from last week's episode, the first part of this Spiritual Toolkit segment of TSAP, I decided to try something new and record a guided meditation. It's by no means perfect but as it's the first time I sat down to record anything like this for you guys I think I did a pretty good job! It's probably advisable to be in a comfortable and relaxing place rather than driving a car while listening to this episode.
