Labour day is over, schools are back and the routine begins. Sara has said news as the Queen has passed away. The country is in a state of mourning.  She worked right up to the end and was a great head of the country. Changes are ahead as the new King is sworn in. This feels uber-heavy to have to be perfect! So many relationships have high expectations of their partner. There's a flashback to confession time, how much time would you spend in your relationship confession box ........ not sure I want to think about this!    Can you show grace to your partner, do you judge? How could you be free from this?    Question of the week - "I feel lost and alone, my husband just doesn't understand. He asks me what's wrong and then dismisses my answer. I'm no longer attracted to him because he dismisses me. He's a good dad and a hard-working man but we need help. He's refusing to go to therapy. I'm stuck!!"   Both parties are feeling down in this situation, their needs aren't being met and they are struggling to communicate and share how they are feeling. Who hasn't been in this situation?    There are some great tips on how to explore needs in your relationship. Get ready to take notes! It's common to feel disconnected and not on the same page as your partner.    There's a vibe of change in the air!
