Michael and Dallas discuss the differences in value and price changes between gold, property and companies. A bar of gold may be worth more now than it was in the past, but it is still just a bar of gold; a Woolworths share, however, is worth much more not just because of a price shift but because Woolworths has moved from just a few stores to hundreds (increase in value).
