#112 - Recording in Real Time - Finding Play in the Everyday

This episode is a live audio recording I took of myself the other day when I found myself in an ordinary, every day sort of frustrating situation. I recorded it right after the situation had passed talking about how through my thoughts and awareness I changed my state from one of frustration and anger to one of joy, happiness and playfulness. This example can relate to any sort of annoying circumstance that we may find ourselves in and I hope that it helps you to change your thoughts and find peace in these common moments in our lives. When we can replace these moments of negative thought with ones of positive thought and we do this countless times over our life, this is how we live a happy life.
