from Discograffiti · host David Gebroe
Discograffiti host Dave Gebroe conducted a 13-hour interview with the two founders of legendary 1960s soft pop act The Association, Terry Kirkman and Jules Alexander, in which they rated the entirety of their own discography. It’s impossible to adequately put into words how surreal this series is. Trust me, it’s unquestionably a ride worth taking no matter how you feel about the genre. Welcome aboard the most lunatic series in Discograffiti history. In Part 3, our longest episode of all time at over 2 FULL HOURS, we tackle: Terry’s unfortunate first experiences with heroin; The overdose death of original bassist Brian Cole; And how many ⭐️’s outta five Terry & Jules give Birthday (1968), the Goodbye Columbus OST (1969), and The Association (1969)! NEXT WEEK: THE ASSOCIATION PART 4 Listen: https://podfollow.com/1592182331 2-3 podcasts / week: https://www.patreon.com/discograffiti Currently, there are close to 100 PATREON EPISODES! That's an entire universe of incredible content available to you for the price of a cup of coffee a week—plus, this is the sole means by which I’m feeding my family, so please don’t let us starve to death due to your abhorrent greed.
