Atrial fib can be a dangerous condition where the heart's rhythm gets out of whack. It can lead to stroke and Dr. Martin says that should never be taken lightly. And now there's a new study showing a direct link between atrial fib and low levels of omega-3!  Dr. Martin says we see so many problems with atrial fib today because of weak heart muscles. We need way more omega-3, as our ratio to omega-6 is completely out of balance. Dr. Martin explains in today's episode.
