I believe that every rider or equestrian can be put into one of two categories. I know, a pretty big generalization!  However, from working with thousands of riders, I have yet to meet someone who does not fall into one or the other. Knowing which category you fall into will help you to get clear on what your 'next step' is when it comes to developing your skills as a rider.  I have named the two different types of riders as being either:- 1. Passengers 2. Influencers You see it all comes down to your focus when you're in the saddle.
