What is it really like to be a Woman in a male dominated industry? Women still face a variety of challenges in the workplace including societal expectations and beliefs about women’s leadership abilities. Seriously, it’s 2022 and we’re still here— I like to think we’re moving closer to where we would like to see Women standing in the workforce though , and a huge factor of that is Women who thrive speaking up and empowering other Women in the process.
