In this week's episode we are breaking down the latest viral social media trend... girl math. I'll be sharing my thoughts on the trend and why although it's a cheeky concept, it can actually be quite damaging to our self concept, relationship with money, and spending habits. I'll also be offering my best tips and tricks to combat our brains tendency towards this mental gymnastics so that you stop justifying purchases that you know aren't in your long-term well being.
