On episode 113 I am delighted to be joined by S&C coach Graham Byrne. Graham has worked with Stephen Kenny in Dundalk, Wexford and Louth GAA, and is the current S&C coach with Cuala senior hurling and Dublin U20 Hurling team. In his day job he is the fitness manager at Sport Ireland. He joined Stephen Kenny and in 2016 Dundalk FC and became the first Irish club in history to qualify for the Champions League Playoff round. They also became the first Irish team in history to win a group stage game in a European competition in the UEFA Europa League. We discuss working with top level athletes and coaches including Lee Chin, Sam Mulroy, Davy Fitzgerald, Billy Walsh including Lindsay Peat and encouraging her to try rugby!
