Melinda Sims is the Founder of Mel Sharell Paper & Company a boutique lifestyle brand that empowers leadership mindsets and intentional planning habits through a luxe organizational tool, The Pinnacle Planner®. As a busy wife and business owner, she discovered that she needed a planner that would help her stay organized and on top of her daily to list as well as to help her grow as a leader. This inspired Melinda to create The Pinnacle Planner®, a companion tool that coaches leaders throughout the year to keep them on track to reaching their goals. Melinda lives overseas with her husband and mini-golden doodle 10 months out of the year. In her free time she enjoys lifting weights, cooking international dishes, and cuddling with a good book.
