Fry in oil until they darken to adeep• Sprinkle a little flour unto the onions. Mix until it forms a thick place• Add kosher salt, pepper, curry• Add 2 liters (8 cups) water, bring to simmer• Add 3-4 diced red onions• Add another 2 liters water, bring to a boil• Swirl in some dry white wine• Check and clean 1 leek. Slice into sounds and add to soup.• Add another 2 liters water.
