113. Review of the IND vs SA series & thoughts on the squad for the Ireland series

Welcome to Episode 113 of Never on the Backfoot Podcast. The fifth and final T20 International between India and South Africa concluded in a no-result due to heavy rain in Bengaluru. With this result, India achieved their second drawn series against the Proteas at home (2-2), following a 1-1 tie in 2019. In the shortest version of the game, Team India is yet to defeat the Proteas in a home series. They will, however, find encouragement from the fact that they were able to tie the series after being 0-2 down after the first two games. We will be discussing the major talking points and takeaways from the series while also focussing on the upcoming assignment vs Ireland.
