113. When to seek help in your relationship?

Monday's recording came around too quickly and the girls aren't quite ready for today's recording, let's hope they can pull it out of the bag! It's October, Anna is still paddling in more ways than one. Sara is welcoming winter as she switches to winter food and lays down some fat!   Love Desk - It's research time ..... "the reason we stay in unhappy & unhappy relationships" The reason why has shocked the love coaches as the research findings aren't what they expected.    Hot Topic - When to seek help in your relationship?  Always, never, at the start! All of the above. Should we take a lesson from the younger generation who seem to be more open to talking about their issues? Fear and shame often get in the way when it comes to seeking help. There is no shame in talking to others, but, choose your audience carefully! When seeking help you are always in choice and in control of when you start, stop and how support is going. The average person waits 6 years, it's heartbreaking, don't be that person.    Question of the week - "I really want a baby, my partner agrees but keeps moving the timescales saying they aren't ready. I can't believe they are being so selfish when they know how much this means to me."   This feels like Sara's private thearpy session, but back to the question! It is time to work through those fears and understand what's really happening.    As we approach Halloween, the girls are feeling the winder blues apporaching.
