Emshika Alberini is the Chef/Owner of Chang Thai Cafe and The Catch, both in Littleton, NH. Emshika moved to the US from Thailand in 2000 looking to become a professor, but ended up in corporate America until 2006 when she decided she wanted to open a restaurant. She opened Chang Thai Cafe in 2008 in Littleton, where her then husband and she lived. She has since opened The Catch, also in Littleton, and she has invested in real estate. Emshika makes all her business moves, especially the real estate side of things, with the idea of helping her town and community.
