Join Keegan as he chats with accomplished gymnast, Clay Stephens, to discuss his exhilarating journey from a professional gymnastics career to overcoming personal struggles and embracing mindfulness. The conversation begins by exploring Clay's extensive history in gymnastics, where at a young age, he committed over 30 hours a week to the sport, reflecting a significant dedication that later shaped his career. Despite formidable challenges, including several severe injuries such as three ACL tears, Clay speaks on the power of resilience and the pivotal moments that led to a profound shift in his perspective toward passion and enjoying gymnastics for its innate joy rather than pure achievement.

Clay and Keegan delve into the gripping tales of mountaineering across magnificent peaks like Kilimanjaro and the mountains of Nepal. They touch upon Clay's motivations behind his philanthropic endeavours, particularly teaching children and giving back to communities that deeply inspired him.
