#114 - Encountering Christ.

Encountering Christ. Knowing Him; God doesn't need a maid. He desires a bride. Do you feel like you have an internal "to do list" hanging over your head? Serving this way might be gratifying, but it usually isn't satisfying. Are you so busy doing things for Jesus that you don't end up doing anything with Jesus? Abiding; What does it mean to abide? Living each moment totally depending on His life within us to cause us to be all that He desires us to be and to do all that He desires us to do. It is not a formula it is a friendship! It is a fellowship! Expressing; Abiding in Christ cannot be separated from expressing the life of Christ. You can't express what you don't possess. Look at any fruit tree. Biblically Christianity is an expression of the life of Christ through His church in the world. The time you spend with God is priceless. John 17:3, Luke 10:38-42.
