114. When Your Eternal Companion Leaves the Church I How to cope with a healthy expectation

When Abby got married in the temple to her newly returned missionary,  she never thought that he would be the one to leave the church 12 years later. His decision left her asking herself the hard questions of what she truly believed and how she was going to navigate her new reality of  being a mother of 3 raising her children in the church alone. It took a powerful spiritual experience with her husband to push away her bitterness and heartbreak and embrace him with love and choose to move forward with faith in herself and in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
